After the page is created, it needs to set a short address, it is indicated in this field (see screen), I recommend putting “ spasibo-za-kommentarij».

So, the page is created and configured, save it and go to the "Plugins" section and select "Comment Redirect". In the settings, you need to specify where the user will go, after leaving the first comment, specify the page that you just created, save.

There is nothing left at all. Go to the blog home page and update it. A new page should appear in the menu, check it so that everything is chiki-peaks. If all is well, go to the administrative panel again, in the "Pages" section and look for the page that you created, tear off for editing.

At the bottom right there will be such a birdie "Include this page in lists of pages", which in translation means - to include this page in the navigation. We do not need the page "thanks for the comment" in the navigation, so to exclude it from there, just uncheck the checkbox and save the changes.

The first thing you need to do is create the page itself, on which you, in fact, thank the reader, leave a link to a gift, a subscription form, etc.

Further, this page must be removed from the menu so that all visitors to your site cannot see it. Previously, we used a special plugin "Exclude Pages from Navigation" for this, which allows you to remove specific pages from the menu.

It's easier now. In the latest versions of WordPress, we can remove all unnecessary pages from the menu right in the admin panel:
