  10. The coordinator enters the marks for the detailed answers in the electronic form through the personal account on the VLOOKUP portal. The coordinator fills out the electronic form for collecting the results within no more than two working days: for each of the participants, he enters into the form his code, the number of the work option and points for tasks. Only student codes are transmitted in electronic form, the full name is not indicated. The correspondence of the name and the code remains in the educational organization in the form of a paper protocol. After filling out the forms, the organizer uploads the results collection form to the VLOOKUP system.
  11. Within two days, through a personal account on the VPR portal, the coordinator gets access to summary statistics on the educational organization based on the results of the work. With the help of a paper protocol, it establishes a correspondence between the names of the participants and their results, communicates the results of the CDF to the teachers.

The abbreviation VPR (All-Russian verification work) entered our life in 2016. "Conduct VLOOKUP", "Prepare for VLOOKUP", "Cancel VLOOKUP" sounds almost as familiar as "pass the exam". However, it does not prevent the reader from checking what he knows about VLOOKUP.

After graduation and midterm exams were canceled (this happened in the 2000s), education leaders were deprived of the opportunity to make a continuous cut of students' knowledge. And only in 2016, in the wake of the success of the National Studies of the Quality of Education, in Russia they decided to fill this gap with the help of control tests that are uniform for the whole country.

Schools, municipalities and regional departments of education are encouraged to analyze the results of the CDF and to clarify whether the students' knowledge meets federal state standards.

Everything is good, and everything is in business. But this additional check becomes a headache for teachers, parents and children.

NOT EXAM, BUT MONITORING

All-Russian test work is not an exam, but a monitoring that is carried out to determine the level of preparation of schoolchildren in all regions of Russia.

Therefore, the VPR is regulated by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated January 27, 2017 No. 69 "On monitoring the quality of education."

This is the youngest monitoring study in education. He is only two years old. But during this time 95 /% of all Russian schoolchildren have already taken part in it.

By the way, saying "pass VLOOKUP" is not accurate. More correctly - "write VLOOKUP".

REQUIRED OR NOT?

VLOOKUP was conceived for voluntary testing of students' knowledge.

Today, VLOOKUP subjects are divided into mandatory and optional.

Optional VLOOKUP subjects are passed in the approbation mode: they are selected by the school itself to check the level of students' training.

In 2018, All-Russian tests for grades 4 and 5 are mandatory, but not for grades 6 and 11.

But even in optional subjects, one cannot refuse to participate in CDF: this decision is made not by the student or his parents, but by the school.

However, in reality, the school does not always choose the VLOOKUP subjects by itself. Most often they choose a school.

The decision is made by the regional department or the Ministry of Education. It is to them that Rosobrnadzor instructs them to form a representative sample of schools for conducting CDS.

For example, in 2018, at least 60% of schools in each constituent entity of the Russian Federation should participate in the All-Russian test work in the Russian language for grades 2 and 5.

Officials of the regions and municipalities are instructed to include in this number 10% of urban and the same number of rural educational organizations with the highest and lowest results of the state final attestation in grades 9 and 11.

Perhaps parents will ask: who needs the results of the GIA, if VLOOKUP will be written by second graders?

It's just that according to the results of the OGE and the Unified State Exam, the regional authorities determine the level of the school and its place in the regional or local ranking. If your school is listed among the very best, or, conversely, goes to the chronically lagging behind, it may be included in the list of participants in the CDP in some subjects, without even wanting to.

Unfortunately, last year the parents, teachers and principals complained that for them (and, most importantly, at the last moment) they decided whether their school would take part in the All-Russian test work on a particular subject.

WHO AND HOW MAKES THE VLOOKUP TASKS?

This question worries both teachers and parents. Tasks common for schools of control are compiled at the Federal Institute of Pedagogical Measurements (FIPI), taking into account the new state standards (FSES).

It is very difficult to obtain official permission for interviews with the authors of the tasks of the GIA or VLOOKUP, even if you are well acquainted with these scientists.

The ideologists of the new type of monitoring say that the benchmarks for them were the tasks of the comparative international study PISA, in which schoolchildren from Russia failed at least twice.

PISA questions are focused on the practical application of school knowledge in real-life situations. This international “level” is also achieved by Russian specialists who develop tasks for VLOOKUP.

However, the versions of the All-Russian test works for the senior classes also include traditional tasks that experienced teachers have already met in the demo versions of the OGE and the Unified State Exam.

“In the demos of VLOOKUP, I came across a lot of tasks from the OGE for the 9th grade,” says Ksenia Gennadievna Pudovkina, a teacher of geography and biology at school No. 2 in the city of Sim Ashinsky District, Chelyabinsk Region. "VLOOKUP in my subject meets federal standards, so in many tasks not knowledge is tested, but the ability to work with information."
“If a subject was taught in the system from the 5th to the 11th grades, the student is able to write VLOOKUP on it,” many teachers believe. - The tasks of the All-Russian verification work are of the basic level, no subtleties are used in them.
“- My children and I solved the VLOOKUP demo - and no one wrote for a grade in the class. Do the same! ”Others advise.

WHAT ISSUES ARE CONSIDERED THE MOST DIFFICULT: PLEASE NOTE!

Russian language:

Last year, Russian language teachers who were preparing children for the federal test found higher-level questions in the assignments for grade 5 - on topics in grade 6 and 7 that schoolchildren had not yet completed.

If you are not sure about the knowledge of children, it is better to open a demo version of VLOOKUP on the FIPI website and get acquainted with the tasks. The Russian language is the subject that never hurts to study.

Biology:

Some teachers during the All-Russian test in biology for grade 5 found several tasks in the VLOOKUP on topics that were understood only in textbooks for grade 6 and even for grade 7.

“After this test in biology, the children are very worried,” said one of the mothers, “Some of my daughter's classmates did not have one point for the school grade, some two points for the school grade. This is a lot of stress for them. And in fact, almost all of the VLOOKUP assignments that were given to our children were NOT in the 5th grade program. "
“At present, there is no single biology program for grade 5,” responded to a request from teachers of this subject in Rosobrnadzor. - In the general educational organizations of the Russian Federation ... work programs of 12 different groups of authors can be used. "

However, if your school has already passed VLOOKUP in biology, it means that you are familiar with the problem and have made conclusions.

History:

The second difficult subject of the All-Russian verification work was history.

“- The results of the CDP on history showed that schoolchildren of grades 5 and 11 do not know the history of their native land and famous historical figures, they do not know how to establish causal relationships between historical events and analyze different types of sources of historical information,” said the head of Rosobrnadzor Sergey Kravtsov.

On the VLOOKUP on history for the 5th grade, there really were questions about the history of the native land. One teacher from a small town, for example, analyzed VLOOKUP training tasks and calculated that the children would be asked a question about their famous countrymen. His class had learned the answer in advance (there was only one famous countryman at the milestones). And on VLOOKUP the class was asked to name a historical event associated with their small homeland. It is not necessary to explain what the fifth graders wrote instead. The embarrassment was complete, and the school discussed for a long time whether it was possible to reformulate the VLOOKUP question so as not to give the whole class low marks.

Geography:

This year, some students may have difficulties with the CDF in geography: the school must decide for itself whether they will take it in 10 or 11 grades.

She can solve it, by the way, at the last moment (see above).

So that the children don't get nervous, here is a free geography simulator, which opens conveniently and gives hints:

HOW ARE VALUES DISPLAYED ON VLOOKUP?

“-VLU is not only uniform measures and the same tasks that children do all over the country, it is also the same assessment criteria,” emphasizes Sergei Stanchenko, head of the monitoring research project at NIKO (National Research on the Quality of Education), which became the predecessors of VLF.

The federal coordinator of the VPR is Rosobrnadzor (Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science). It should not be confused with FIPI (Federal Institute of Pedagogical Measurements), in which tasks are drawn up for VPR.

Rosobrnadzor is in charge of administering the VPR: it appoints regional coordinators for the All-Russian verification work. They are the Departments and Ministries of Education of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, which form in their constituent entities of the Russian Federation a list of municipal coordinators of the CDF.

Grades for CDM are given to each student according to a special scale developed by Rosobrnadzor of the Russian Federation.

Then the received VLOOKUP points are converted into school grades.

If the subject is optional (the school itself chose it in order to cut the students' knowledge), the translation into marks is carried out at the discretion of the teachers themselves.

Please note: if in your region it is decided to take into account the VLOOKUP marks in the final certification, then they should be taken into account by the whole class, and not by individual students.

It cannot be so that someone's grade for VLOOKUP is credited and put in the magazine, but other children in the class are not.

If the subject of VLOOKUP is recognized as compulsory, it is also evaluated by school teachers. But in this case, they must give points strictly according to the criteria developed by Rosobrnadzor.

These results are entered into an electronic form and, no later than two days later, are uploaded through the school's personal account on the All-Russian Verification Works portal.

FOR WHAT CAN I GET TWO ON VLOOKUP?

Let's see what you can get a two for in the All-Russian test in mathematics in grade 4.

If a student scored from 0 to 5 points for his work, his knowledge is considered unsatisfactory. Scored 6-9 points - you get a three, 10-12 - a four, 13-18 points - rejoice, parents and teachers, you have an excellent student!

Russian language in grade 4 is assessed differently. The one who scored less than 13 points gets a two, 14-23 points - a three, 24-32 points - a four, 33-38 points - a five.

Perhaps this will surprise and disappoint many parents, who were convinced: if the test is federal, then the tasks of the CDP should be checked in Moscow.

No, the VLOOKUP check takes place on the spot, at the school, immediately after the students submit their work. This is done not by the computer, but by the teachers themselves.

“We recommend that colleagues collectively check several VLOOKUP works,” Sergey Stanchenko explains the verification algorithm, “to see what mistakes the students made in them, and then agree among themselves how to evaluate the results in accordance with federal criteria.”

Teachers can familiarize themselves with the rules for conducting VLT and samples of test papers on the official website http://vpr.statgrad.org/

It's okay to be worried

All-Russian verification works are written in one day for the whole country. Moreover: even at the same time.

For VLOOKUP in Russian in grades 2 and 5, it is recommended, for example, to leave 2-3 lessons in the schedule.

All this imposes certain responsibilities on the school administration.

And we need to prepare for the fact that the whole school will be nervous: it is normal when the whole country is doing the same job at the same time.

Some explain to children like this:

“When we wrote the control RONO in childhood, we were also worried. But we got a mark in the class journal for the test, and the school will simply take your marks into account. "

Some teens object:

"Why then try if no marks are put on the VLOOKUP"?

The answer to this is simple: VLOOKUP points will be announced for the whole class. And this means that those who have taken the federal control lightly will not have the most pleasant moments.

Plus, according to the results of CDF, all those who do not succeed can be assigned additional classes.

Do you need it? That's the same.

HOW TO WRITE VLOOKUP FOR EXCELLENT?

Educational leaders say that it is easy to complete all CDF tasks. You just need not to start classes and not skip school lessons.

Educators who have studied VLOOKUP demos in their subject do not always agree with this. They say that only a few students will be able to solve the federal tests for high scores without preparation.

This fact is indirectly acknowledged by Rosobrnadzor itself, when DOES NOT recommend to teachers (quote):

  • to specially prepare the class for the execution of the VLOOKUP buildings,
  • do it during holidays or after school,
  • put marks for the federal control in the journal,
  • avoid elements of coaching on VLOOKUP tasks.

How long does it take to prepare for CDF?

It all depends on the textbook on which the subject is taught, on the class and on the teacher.

“- With children, of course, you will have to repeat everything before CDF. It took me and my motivated students about three lessons to do this, ”says Evgenia Vladimirovna Zhinkina, a physics teacher at school No. 32 with in-depth study of the English language in Ozersk, Chelyabinsk region.

In 2 grades they will take the Russian language, in 4 grades - VLOOKUP in the Russian language (dictation and tests), mathematics and the subject “The World Around”. Time to solve tasks: 45 minutes

VLOOKUP IN BASIC SCHOOL

In the 5th grade, students are expected to have VLOOKUP in mathematics, biology, history and Russian (twice - in October and April). Since 2018, the VLOOKUP for history has been added to the mandatory VLOOKUP in Russian. Fifth graders complete tasks for 60 minutes

In the 6th grade, you will have to take VLOOKUP in the approbation mode in the Russian language, mathematics, history, social studies, biology and geography. For 2018, the participation of the school in the CDF for the 6th grade is not necessary. The educational organization itself can choose the subject in which it would like to conduct a control slice of knowledge.

VLOOKUP FOR HIGH SCHOOL

In the 10th grade, students will pass the VLOOKUP in chemistry and biology. In 11 grades - in biology, foreign languages, history, chemistry, geography and physics. VLOOKUP is chosen by those graduates who do not pass the profile USE in this subject. Schools can hold, by choice, in the 10th or 11th grade of CDF in geography. Time to solve VLOOKUP tasks for eleventh graders is 90 minutes.
