Deleting a personal page on the Odnoklassniki social network is an easy and quick procedure - it is carried out in just a few mouse clicks. The main thing is to know what, how and where to press. Even if you are not versed in computer matters and are just starting to study the Internet - it's okay, it's not a hindrance. This instruction in a visual and accessible form will tell you how to delete a page in Odnoklassniki - absolutely and completely. And also what actions should be taken if the attackers managed to block access to the account.
So, let's start - from simple situations to more complex ones.
Removing a personal page
1. Go to your profile on ok.ru (enter your username and password).
2. Scroll the main page down with the mouse wheel so that the site menu appears on the monitor (sections "My page", "Groups", etc.)
3. In the extreme right column (first item "Mobile version") click "Regulations".
4. Scroll down the page again and click on the "Refuse Services" link.

In no case should you try to delete your account or create a new one. And even more so, send money to computer villains to get an unlock code. This problem can and should be solved in a different way: the PC is infected - it is necessary to remove the virus.

But sometimes offenses are committed from the account and without the user's knowledge. This is done by a special Trojan that has acquired the login and password of the page. 6. Briefly but meaningfully, describe the essence of the problem. Inform the administration that you were not involved in the offense.
7. Check if all data is correct. Click Send Message.
8. Wait for a response from technical support. It will come to the specified E-mail.

Deleting a page via a link
You can eliminate your page with just a few clicks. But there are pitfalls here. The profile will not be completely deleted, but will exist for another three months. This is the classic method for deleting your data.
To start deleting your account, go to the Odnoklassniki website using your username and password.
Then go to the profile tab. Now you need to find out the unique user number. Click on the button with your name at the top of the page. ID appears in the address bar. For example, / profile / 123456789123456. Now insert the following URL entry after this number:? Amp; st.layer.cmd \u003d PopLayerDeleteUserProfile. Then you should press Enter and in the window that opens, confirm the complete deletion of the profile. The Odnoklassniki social network account will be liquidated. Remember that along with your page, all photos and videos, as well as correspondence with other users, will be erased.
After all the steps from the above algorithm have been completed, do a proof test. To do this, open the main page of the Odnoklassniki website again and try to log in. If the system responded that the page was deleted at the request of the user, then you did everything right.
There are times when this method of deleting an account fails. Do not give up. Use the second method to eliminate your page.
We are removed from Odnoklassniki through the regulations
This method is not simple, but it guarantees one hundred percent result.
The authors of the Odnoklassniki website decided to cheat a little. They knew that sooner or later, users would want to leave the social network. Therefore, they tried to make the farewell to the Odnoklassniki website last long. There is no “Delete page” icon in the menu. Things are a little more complicated.
The developers have hidden the item "Removal" in the regulations. Log in to get to this button. Then scroll down the page and find the "Regulations" line in the menu.
Scroll down the web page and look for the words Contact Support. Next to this link there is a button "Opt out of services".
Click on this phrase. In response to this action, a window will open with a question about the reason for leaving the social network Odnoklassniki. Choose one of five reasons. With the help of this simple question, the authors of the site improve their resource.
You can answer that you are not satisfied with the design of the site or that the account has been hacked. Perhaps you want to say goodbye to the Odnoklassniki website and register in another Internet project for communication. The choice, as always, is yours.

Deleting a profile without access information
The first step is to recover the password in order to gain full access to the profile.
Follow this pattern:
- - go to the main page of the Odnoklassniki social network;
- - under the authorization form there is a link "Forgot your password?"
- - click on it, and you will automatically be taken to a page where you will need to fill out a form, indicating in it all the data that you remember from your account;
- - after that you will receive an e-mail with a link. Follow it and change the new password;
- - after you have restored your password, use the method described above to delete your profile in Odnoklassniki.
Deleting a deceased person's profile
If you know the data for access, then the process of deletion itself should not cause you any difficulties. If you do not have these data, then you should go to court six months after the date of death and complete all the necessary documents that will confirm your ownership of the account.
After these documents are in your hands, submit them to the support service for users of the social network "Classmates" and ask to delete the profile. Unfortunately, this is the only possible way to delete the page of a deceased person.
Many users are interested in how to leave Odnoklassniki from the phone. However, it is currently not possible to delete your profile through the mobile version of the OK website or through the OK app. Therefore, to retire from Odnoklassniki, you should go to the full version of the OK site.

How to switch to the full version of the site on the phone OK
The screenshot below shows that the mobile version of the OK website is open on the phone. This is evidenced by the site address: m.ok.ru, in which the first letter m just means that the mobile version of the site is OK. It works faster on the phone and saves Internet traffic.

To leave Odnoklassniki from your phone, go from the mobile version of the OK site to the full version.
To do this, go to Odnoklassniki using your username and password, then tap the OK icon with a little man (Fig. 1). The "Profile" will open, in which we scroll down and click on the link "Full version of the site" (Fig. 2):

In the mobile version, we had the address: m.ok.ru (Fig. 1), and after switching to the full version, the address will change to: www.ok.ru. But it will change if you click on the option "Full version of the site" (Fig. 2).
How to retire from Odnoklassniki completely
When the full version of the OK website is open, then from Odnoklassniki on any device: on a computer, laptop and phone in just 4 steps listed below.
1) We enter the full version of the OK site under our username and password. Then in the upper right corner we will see our own (1 in Fig. 3).
Or we type ok.ru/regulations in the address bar.

4) The window "Specify the reason why you want to delete your profile" will appear (Fig. 4):

2 - enter the password for the profile (from your page in OK). This is necessary in order to confirm the rights to delete the profile.

After that, the main page OK will appear, on which your avatar will NOT be in the upper right corner (Fig. 5). This means that you are no longer among Odnoklassniki, but there is still an opportunity to restore your profile within 90 days from the date of its deletion.
Two notes
1) After deleting your profile, the phone number and email linked to it will not be able to be used for another 3 months in another profile on the ok.ru website.
2) It is completely easy to leave Odnoklassniki, because when you delete a profile, not only personal information is erased, but all photos, all comments, all ratings, all correspondence with friends, all groups that you have created, achievements in games and much more.
Is it possible to recover in Odnoklassniki
This is possible only if two conditions are met simultaneously:
- No more than 90 days have passed since its deletion.
- A mobile phone was linked to the profile.

- Enter the phone number (2 in Fig. 5), which was previously tied to the deleted profile.

- A field for entering SMS will appear (Fig. 6). We enter there the code from the SMS received on the phone.

If you cannot restore the OK profile on your own, but less than 90 days have passed and the phone was tied, then contacting the support service will help you quickly solve this problem, I checked it on my own experience.

A form will open, which must be filled out, indicating as much specific information about yourself as possible about your profile in OK: email, phone number, name and surname, age, city, profile number (if you saved it somewhere or wrote it down), etc. .P. This will help the OK employee quickly determine that you are the owner of the OK account.

My experience of restoring my page in OK
I had my mobile phone number linked to the OK page. I went through the 4 steps described above to retire from Odnoklassniki. Next, you had to follow the instructions on the screen. I was prompted to enter my first and last name. After I did this, for some reason my old profile was not restored, but instead it was created, and completely empty. In fact, it turned out not to restore the profile, but to create a new one, which I did not need.
Therefore, I had to contact the OK Support Service at the link indicated above. Then I had to fill out a form in which I described my situation in detail, indicating to the maximum everything about my profile (to confirm that this is my profile and not someone else's):
- e-mail,
- telephone,
- name and surname,
- year of birth,
- i just forgot to indicate the city.
In my appeal to OK support, I asked to restore my old profile and delete the new, empty one. Apparently, the information I provided was enough to convince the support employee that the profile was mine and not someone else's. A kind young man from the OK support service named Alexander immediately answered me and restored access. I did not even expect such a prompt response and, most importantly, that the old OK profile will be restored so quickly. I just have to thank Alexander for the prompt solution of the problem, which I gladly did.
If the page on Odnoklassniki is important for you, I recommend:
1) Do not experiment (for the sake of "sporting interest") with deleting the OK profile. It is easy and quick to delete, it is much more difficult to recover, and not always possible.
2) I strongly advise you to link the phone to your profile, if this has not been done before.
3) It is important to write down the username, password, e-mail, name, surname, city, year of birth (sometimes they are not indicated as they really are, and then they themselves are confused), as well as the profile number (this is your identification, unique number in OK). In the full version of the site (on a computer or laptop), your number can be seen at the top, in the address bar of the browser, something like this:

Profile number 712543007338 - you should write it down in a notebook or save it somehow, this will greatly facilitate the restoration of the page in OK.

Then you need to copy the following URL:? Amp; st.layer.cmd \u003d PopLayerDeleteUserProfile and paste it after the ID, and then click Enter. After such actions, an additional window will appear. There you can confirm the deletion of the profile. Important: only confirm the deletion if you are completely confident in your actions. After all, the page can be deleted immediately. You can check it like this: reload the page, open Odnoklassniki again. Then enter your password and login. If the deletion is successful, a window will appear informing you that the profile was deleted at the request of the user. This method is very simple. Unfortunately, it doesn't always work. If something went wrong, feel free to use option number two.
Deleting a page in Odnoklassniki through the regulations
If you are thinking about how to delete a page in classmates from your phone or computer, and the first method turned out to be ineffective, do not despair. There is another option. It is newer and allows you to delete a profile almost instantly. The Odnoklassniki developers, of course, had no doubt that sooner or later this or that user would show a desire to delete his account. Therefore, they included such an item in the site's functionality. But the catch is that finding the right button is not so easy. Although the tricks are tricky, there is a solution. And it works. More about this.
What do you need to delete a page? The first is the profile password. It will need to be entered from the keyboard. Second, pre-save all the data that is important to you. Photo, video, audio - all this material will disappear and become inaccessible to you immediately after deleting your account. Therefore, take care of this in advance.
The algorithm of actions is as follows:
- Log in to the Odnoklassniki website.
- Open your profile
- At the very bottom of the site in the large menu, find "Regulations" and click on it.
- Go to the section of the license agreement. Here find “Contact support” and “Refuse services” (sometimes there is no such inscription, instead of it there are two dots) and click on this link.
- On the newly opened page, indicate the reason why you are deleting your personal profile (such data are of interest to the Odnoklassniki developers in order to optimize their platform). As a rule, there are five ready-made options, choose any of them (I don't like the design of the resource, my old page was hacked, I want to create a new account, etc.). Unfortunately, you cannot add your own.
- Enter your profile password again and click "Delete forever". After that, your page will disappear.
Important information
Please note: you can register a phone that was linked to the old profile to a new account only after three months. It is impossible to restore the old account, since all data is automatically deleted completely. And one more important nuance - such actions are available only on the full version of the site, therefore it will not work to delete the profile from the phone.
