Breakdowns can be as follows:
Video card failure. It is checked by connecting a separate monitor to the VGA output of the device. If there is an image, then everything is in order with it and there is a problem with the monitor.
The screen is dark, but at a certain angle, the image of the booted OS is barely visible on it. Signs indicate a failed display backlight.

Reinstalling the operating system. It is used when the hardware is in perfect order, but the system cannot be restored in any other way.

Reinstalling the RAM module
