You can exit this situation in two ways: use fastboot to fill Recovery on your smartphone or use the tool from the manufacturer to install the stock firmware. We will consider the second way in more detail in the next section, and I will tell you about FastBoot here.

FastBoot is a tool that runs directly with the primary loader of the device and allows you to make fill to the smartphone firmware, recovery and the loader unlock (in the Nexus line devices). FastBoot support is in many smartphones and tablets, but some manufacturers block the possibility of using it. So you have to consult about its availability with the Internet.
