1. Run JAFSetup_1.98.62 and install (do not change the program installation path).

We insert the cable, briefly press the power button (three to four seconds) on the phone, WINDOWS will find two new devices from Nokia(they will disappear after 3 seconds). Repeat this procedure five to six times with an interval of 20 seconds.
We restart the computer. Install previously downloaded from our website latest version on computer. We start the program J.A.F. by clicking on the desktop shortcut that has the name " Start J.A.F.". A window appears in which we are required to press the button" start ".
Then we ignore the error message (Error: BOX DRIVER NOT INSTALLED) and click OK. It will not affect the course of our work in any way.
In the window of the running program select tab BB5.
Then tick off paragraphs" Manual Flash", "Dead USB", "factory set", "normal mode", "Use INI". After that, uncheck the item CRT 308, we wait. A window appears in which you must select your (!) phone model. I was flashing, so I chose the appropriate model. After selecting the phone model, click "OK".
After that, the program itself finds the files it needs (previously installed) for flashing your phone.

So, now click on the button on the right, which has the name " FLASH". A window will appear.
Click "YES". Immediately after the lines " Init usb communication... PRESS POWER ON NOW! Searching for phone...Found", press the power button on the phone until two devices appear in the device manager, and after they appear, the firmware will automatically start.
During the firmware, the computer will find new devices. That's the way it should be. We are waiting for the program to perform all the operations it needs with the phone. And when the program completes the firmware, we will see the lines in the LOG "Setting test mode... Setting FULL FACTORY... Operation took 0 minutes 7 seconds... Done! Done!" Everything, our device is stitched. After the firmware, drivers for the phone will be installed if they have not been installed before. We wait. If a window pops up, wait until all devices are installed. After completion, press " YES". Now the phone will turn on by itself, and we can disconnect it from the PC.
Remark :
Usually it is not possible to flash it the first time, various errors may appear in the log. This is normal. The main thing is not to give up and repeat the above process until a successful firmware. If the error "Error reading Phone init data" appears at the start of the firmware, just take out and insert the battery again and repeat the process, try to hold the power button longer.
