Since the trader was the key figure in this dilemma, it is not surprising that it was a trade representative, namely, the owner of a furniture store, David Brown, who created the first cash register in history at the end of the 19th century. Naturally, as soon as the first cash registers began to appear in stores, the first people who wanted to deceive them appeared. Since these devices were mechanical and faintly resembled those electronic cash registers that are used now, hammers, screwdrivers, stones, knives, awls and other improvised means were used. Finally, cash registers were simply broken so that the store owner could not track how much revenue was received during the day. This went on for many years. Level 1. Box office - to the masses! In our country, with the advent of market relations, the decisive year was 1993, when by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of February 16, 1993 No. 224 “On the mandatory use of cash registers by enterprises, institutions and organizations of all forms of ownership when making settlements with the population,” all organizations and entrepreneurs selling anything for cash to the public had to use cash register equipment. If earlier it was enough just some piece of paper, or even no pieces of paper at all, now the buyer had to be given a cash receipt. Moreover, the amounts entered on the cash register were recorded special counters and tax inspectors could always find out about the proceeds received in the store. Of course, at the initial stage, these counters were simple electromechanical devices, similar to a car's odometer (for example, on an OKA-4600 cash register), without any serious protection. Moreover, anyone and everyone could uncontrollably repair cash registers, so the process of “twisting” the counters was done “easily and naturally.” Level 2. The era of fiscal memory. The start of the confrontation. Some time passed and the state adjusted the requirements for cash register equipment, providing it with “fiscal memory” and setting strict conditions for access to the insides of the cash register. Now only organizations registered with the tax authorities and received the official status of “Cash register maintenance center (CTO)” could service cash register equipment. Lists of repairmen were also kept at the tax office. Obtaining permission for repairs was very difficult, and the attention to the quality of service from the tax inspectorates was quite close, so organizations that received the status of a service center tried to “not act outrageously.” What is “fiscal memory”? This is a microcircuit, like those installed in modern flash drives, that has memory and is capable of recording sales data for a shift. Not all the data, but only the date, shift number and shift total (i.e. revenue per shift). In addition, when registering with the tax office, the organization’s TIN, date and fiscalization number, registration number and tax inspector’s password were recorded in the fiscal memory. The fiscal memory was additionally hidden from access under a sealed metal casing, or filled with epoxy resin, or in another way. Only a tax inspector could read the data stored in the fiscal memory by entering from the keyboard the password recorded in the fiscal memory during fiscalization. It seemed that everything was safely hidden, but the cash register needed to be repaired and therefore the service center technicians had everything they needed software, which made it possible to read passwords, change software in cash registers, and even correct data in fiscal memory. It must be said that the fiscal memory of some cash registers (for example, AMS-100F) was quite “vulnerable” and could not tolerate sudden power surges in the network, after which serious errors appeared in it and the central service engineers had to really, literally, “by the numbers” collect and restore data so that the cash register can work again. Initially, it was assumed that the central service centers would honestly repair cash registers, reliably protecting the interests of the state and preventing damage or malfunction of the fiscal memory. But many owners of cash registers had a great desire to keep information about their income secret from the inspection authorities, thereby saving themselves a lot (or at least some) money. Unfortunately, not all CTOs tried to value their authority before the country. Somewhere, a greedy mechanic, not caring about the consequences for himself and for the company, corrected the data in the fiscal memory; somewhere, the head of the central service center himself, colluding with the owner of the cash register, carried out illegal manipulations with a non-zeroable total. Gradually, devices appeared on the “black market,” popularly called “boxes” or “chips,” allowing cash register owners to “correct” data on daily revenue themselves. At the same time, the cash register was not even opened, and the central control center did not need to be used. Level 3. The phenomenon of ECLZ to the people. In 2003, the Federal Law of May 22, 2003 N 54-FZ “On the use of cash register equipment when making cash payments and (or) payments using payment cards” was signed, which obligated the use of cash registers not only for cash payments with population, but also between legal entities. The process of “correction” of fiscal memory began to acquire such a large-scale character that the state’s reaction soon followed. From October 1, 2004, all tax authorities were prohibited from registering cash register equipment that was not equipped with an “Electronic Control Tape Secure (EKLZ).” What kind of animal is “ECLZ”? Why have they been used in cash registers for more than 6 years and is it possible to combat them? EKLZ is a kind of “anti-box” from the state. It contains a memory chip, like a regular flash drive, into which everything is recorded! Every check, every amount, every transaction, everything! When printing a check, the information is specially encoded using a very complex algorithm, the creation of which was done well by far from the stupidest people from the Federal Services. After the information has been encoded, it is recorded in the EKLZ in encrypted form and a special cryptographic code is printed on the receipt, a kind of “key” to information about this particular sale. This code is unique and you can easily use it to check the sales information that was printed on the receipt. The regulatory authorities have special software that allows, in the presence of any cash receipt printed using a cash register with EKLZ, to find out whether this code is correct. If the cash register is “honest”, then the code will definitely be correct. If the cash register is equipped with any device, then the code will not be correct and the inspectors will have every reason to conduct a thorough examination of this cash register. Information in the EKLZ memory can only be written and read, but not adjusted or erased in any way. You can read information from ECLZ at any time and in many ways, so tax inspectors and law enforcement officers can easily obtain information about any check for any day. The principle of operation of the cash register is such that if any error or malfunction occurs, the cash register will be blocked. If someone tries to correct the data in the fiscal memory the old fashioned way, the EKLZ will block the operation of the cash register. You will need to either restore the data in the fiscal memory, or replace the ECLZ, which, by the way, is not very cheap, and the process of replacing the ECLZ itself must be registered with the tax office, and the amounts recorded specifically in the ECLZ are recorded, and these are exactly and did not change. In a word – you can’t get through here! Cash register programmers decided to deceive the cash register and wrote a program that disables the ECLZ and allows the cashier to work and punch checks, and in the evening calmly adjust sales and generate the “necessary” checks. It is this program that is in great demand among those who want to “play” with the state. But “is the game worth the candle?” Let's take a closer look at all the details. In the process of searching for possible options for “zeroing the cash register,” the store owner, if possible, finds the “right” person. Naturally, the “right” person does not initiate him into the mysteries of the process, but only says that:

  • everything works great;
  • checks cannot be distinguished from real ones;
  • in the evening, the revenue was carefully adjusted and recorded in the fiscal memory;
  • The program is simply written into the cash register and no one will find it;
  • no one can prove that the memory was “zeroed”;
  • no one will do this.
Naturally, the owner of the store, far from the topic system programming cash registers, there cannot be any questions. Everything works, you can’t catch it... TAKE IT! What is the program seller keeping silent about? He absolutely doesn’t care what happens next to the store owner and his business. The seller’s task is to install the program and get his money. So what awaits those who use this “charged” cash register? We list the main possible problems:
  • ALL printed checks will be “left-handed”, because an incorrect code will be printed on all these checks and when checking any check, information will be obtained about the operation of the cash register in abnormal mode, which may serve as a basis for conducting an inspection of the outlet;
  • the “magic” program is not just written somewhere in the cash register, but you have to change the original microcircuits for others, which means there will be a “foreign body” in the cash register and this body can be easily calculated by knowledgeable people;
  • there are quite a large number of specialists who know: what to look for, where to look and how to look;
  • identifying retail outlets where “left” cash registers are used is actually carried out by operational bodies, this is their job and they have experience.
As you can see from the above, not everything is as good as it seems. There are more options in a safe way deceive? True programmers are struggling with the next option, trying to “hack” the information encryption algorithm and transfer it to a medium that allows not only writing and reading, but also erasing and rewriting, which would allow us to return to the days of the “good old fiscal memory.” Fortunately for the state and unfortunately for businessmen, the encryption algorithm was worked out so seriously that it has not been broken for 6 years. “The minds of black business” were only able to create something similar in operating principle, creating a visual similarity with a real EKLZ, so all the problems listed for the previous version apply here too. The other side of the "game". It should be noted that if someone thinks that he can deceive the state and no one will guess, then this is a very big delusion. The trend in recent years is this: there are several rules that you have to adhere to in order to run a business. Here are some of them:
  • The state doesn't pay. This was well understood, for example, by VAT payers who submitted VAT for reimbursement.
  • Taxes need to be paid. It’s easy to check by showing the loss in your financial statements. The reaction of the tax inspectorate will unpleasantly surprise you.
In addition, it is necessary to remember that in our time it will not be possible to “talk your teeth”, for example, to employees of the operational control department of the Ministry of Taxation or the Department for Economic Crimes. If they suspect that an offense has occurred, for example using a “left cash register”, they have every right to seize it on suspicion of using malicious software in this cash register for the purpose of concealing income and send it for examination. And if the examination shows that this is so, then, in the course of operational search activities, everything else will be arrested. By the way, they will not forget about the owner of the store, and about the central service center, and about the mechanic who directly carried out the maintenance of this cash register. Further development events will not bring anything good.

Connecting a cash register (CCM) to 1C:Hotel is carried out in several steps:

1. Download the device driver from the manufacturer’s website or from the included disk and install it.

2. If you use a USB-COM adapter port, then you may need to additionally install a driver for the adapter. If necessary, contact your system administrator for assistance. As a result, the device should appear in the device manager:

3. Find the testing program in the POS printer driver installation directory and run it. In setting properties, search for equipment and make sure that the OS sees the cash register. Also remember the COM port number and device connection speed.

4. Next, you need to configure the connection parameters of the cash register on the configuration side. To do this, you need to run the configuration from account system administrator and go to the section Mutual settlements/Directories/Settings/Cash registers.

5. Here, add a new cash register, fill in the registration data and connection parameters (available after checking the “Connects to the program” checkbox).

On the connection parameters tab, specify the driver used, select the POS printer model from the drop-down list, specify the POS printer access password (the communication password is specified in the operating instructions), the port used and the baud rate. To connect a fiscal registrar in accordance with the requirements of the updated 54-FZ (FFD 1.05), you must:

1. Update the 1C: Hotel configuration to version 8.3.1.8
After updating in the KKM parameters, the driver type will be automatically switched from “Atol: General KKM driver (version 8.x)” to “Atol: General KKM driver (version 8.x 54-FZ RU)”

2. Update the KKT driver version to 8.15 or higher
Without updating the KKT driver to the required version, using the driver type "Atol: General KKM driver (version 8.x 54-FZ RU)" in the configuration settings will be impossible

3. Update the cash register firmware (recommended version 4555 or higher)
Without the latest firmware for the cash register, correct transfer of data to the receipt will be impossible

4. After updating, go to the “VAT Rates” directory and indicate the tax group code for each rate. The tax group code can be obtained from the fiscal registrar driver. To do this, just connect to the fiscal registrar in the driver and open the table of tax rates. The line number (from top to bottom) will be the tax group code, which must be entered in the directory settings.

ATTENTION!

Depending on the FDF used (1.0 or 1.05), the order of tax groups at the ATOL cash register driver parameter level is different!

For FDF 1.05 (in releases starting from 8.3.1.8, the configuration transmits data to KM in FDF 1.05 format), the order of tax groups at the ATOL driver level must be configured according to the screenshot below.


5. In the settings of the cash register machine on the 1C: Hotel side, on the “Connection Options” tab, you must disable the checkboxes “Print the VAT amount on the receipt” and “Print the VAT line on the receipt is enabled”.

It is important to understand that after updating the configuration to the latest release with support for work under 54-FZ, payment refunds in the configuration will be accompanied by printing only the guest’s statement, since according to the new amendments to 54-FZ, refunds are always accompanied by a broken check, therefore using the RKO form is not advisable.

6. To withdraw services on a check in accordance with the requirements of FFD 1.05, you must:
- In the hotel settings on the "Parameters" tab, set the flag "Maintain balance of personal accounts by services and prices" (the form of the "Payment" document will change)


In the company settings on the "Document Parameters" tab, in the "Default taxation system" field, indicate the one used legal entity tax form

FFD 1.05 defines the following requirements for check execution:
1. Indication on the check the name of the subject of payment
2. Indication of the taxation system on the receipt
4. Indication of the VAT rate on the receipt
5. Indication of the payment method on the receipt

The name of the settlement item in the check is set in the service settings on the "Parameters" tab in the "Name of the settlement item in checks" field, or in the folder settings (service group). If the field is left empty, then the name of the settlement item will be taken as “Service” by default.
It is important to understand that specifying the name of the subject of calculation in nested groups (folder within a folder) is NOT ALLOWED. Specifying a tax system is only possible in the root folder.

The taxation system is set either in the company settings on the "Document Parameters" tab, or in the settings of the payment section (relevant when applying), or in the settings of the service itself. If a hotel uses one taxation system, then it can only be specified in the company settings. If there are several systems, then it should be specified either in the service parameters, or in the section parameters (relevant when using), or in the parameters of the group (folder) in which the service is located. If the tax system is specified simultaneously in both the service (folder) parameters and the section parameters, then priority remains with the section.

VAT rate - taken from the tax group specified when in the "VAT Rates" directory.
The tax group code can be obtained from the fiscal registrar driver. To do this, just connect to the fiscal registrar in the driver and open the table of tax rates. The line number (from top to bottom) will be the tax group code, which must be entered in the directory settings.

Payment method - indicated in the "Settlement method attribute" field or in the parameters of the payment method (only if the "Post check by FR" checkbox is enabled). If the payment method attribute is not explicitly specified, then when making a payment it is automatically accepted as “Full payment”.

In situations where the configuration has been updated to the latest release, but the hotel continues to use old-style fiscal registrars (without transferring data to the OFD), it is necessary:

1. In the settings of the cash register on the 1C: Hotel side, on the “Equipment connection parameters” tab, check the boxes “Print the VAT amount on the receipt” and “Print the VAT line on the receipt is included”, switch the driver type from “Atol: General cash register driver ( version 8.x 54-ФЗ RU)" to "Atol: General driver of cash register printers (version 8.x)"

2. In the settings of the cash register on the 1C: Hotel side, on the "Registration data" tab, disable the checkbox "Refunds are allowed at the cash register directly from the cash drawer"

3. Disable right 035 for all users in the set of rights

Checking the operating mode of the fiscal registrarusing the example of ATOL FPrint 22K

The fiscal registrar of the Atol FPrint family can operate using both the USB and RS232 protocols. FPrint fiscal recorders must be switched manually to the required operating mode.

To check the operating mode of the FPrint fiscal registrar:

1. Turn off the fiscal recorder.

2. Press and hold the receipt tape rewind button (on the switched off fiscal recorder).

4. The FPrint fiscal registrar will produce a short sound signal(“squeak”) once when turned on, and after a while it will stretch 2-3 mm of the receipt tape.

5. Wait until the fiscal recorder (with the receipt tape rewind button held down) emits another short beep.

7. A check of information about the fiscal registrar will be printed.

8. In the printed receipt, in the “Communication with PC” section, in the “Exchange Channel” item, the fiscal registrar mode will be indicated.

Switching the operating mode using the example of ATOL FPrint 22K

1. Turn off the fiscal recorder.

2. Press the button for rewinding the receipt tape (on the switched off fiscal recorder).

3. Turn on the fiscal recorder.

4. The fiscal recorder will emit a short beep: once when turned on, and after a while it will extend 2-3 mm of the receipt tape.

5. Wait until the fiscal recorder (with the check tape rewind button held down) emits four more short beeps.

6. Release the receipt tape rewind button.

7. The fiscal registrar will switch to service mode and the following information will be printed:

8. Go to the “Exchange Channel” menu by double-clicking the receipt tape rewind button on the fiscal registrar.

9. Select the USB protocol operating mode by pressing the receipt tape rewind button on the fiscal recorder three times. If you did everything correctly, the following will be printed on the receipt tape:

11. Reboot the fiscal recorder: turn it off, then turn it on again.

If the payment is made through a personal account in which the counterparty is indicated and the counterparty has a TIN, the name of the counterparty and TIN will be printed on the check.

General principles for connecting retail equipment to a computer, including fiscal recorders, can be read in the article. In this article I will describe my own experience of connecting a fiscal registrar to work in terminal mode.

So, let's begin.

Initial data:

Windows 2008 r2 server with Remote Desktop Services (formerly known as Terminal Services), 1C 8.2 platform and UT 11 file database installed.

A remote workstation to which the fiscal registrar needs to be connected.

On workstation In addition to UT 11, other applications that are also used by the fiscal registrar must work (locally). Let's call them workstations.

The workstation has only 1 COM port.

Fiscal registrar (FR) "Shtrikh - FR-K".

1. First of all, install the FR driver on the workstation. If there is no driver, download from here.

2. Since the DF will be used by several programs, it is necessary that each program use its “own” COM port. This can be achieved using the Virtual Serial Ports Emulator (VSPE) from Eterlogic Software. The 32-bit version is free and can be downloaded from here.

3. Downloaded, installed, launched. The VSPE program is Russified and for ease of use you can immediately select the language.

4. Click “Create a new device”.

5. In the window that appears, select the device type: “Splitter”. Then click “Next”.

6. In the “Device Characteristics” window, the data source port is highlighted in red, i.e. physical COM port, now it will be occupied by this program, and then we will access the virtual COM port, which is selected to the left.

7. Next, click “Settings”. The speed and delay time are highlighted in red; the parameters must necessarily correspond to the parameters of the physical COM port and device (in our case, the fiscal registrar). Click “OK” and “Done”.

8. As a result, we have created a virtual port COM8. We cannot create several virtual ones from one physical COM port (COM1), but we can from a virtual (COM8) port.

9. Click “Create a new device” again and select the “Splitter” device type. In the “Device Characteristics” window we now have “Data Source Port” - a virtual port created from a physical one (COM8), and “Virtual Port” - the port that the program will then use (UT11, AWP, etc.) to access the device, in our case the FR. The settings should also be set to values ​​similar to the physical COM port and device.

10. After clicking the “Done” button, we have the following picture.

11. Similarly, we need to create as many virtual ports as the number of programs the fiscal registrar will use (we need to monitor the speed and timeout settings).

On the picture:

COM1 is a physical port on the computer, it will be occupied by the VSPE program and cannot be used by another device;

COM8 is a virtual port that is also occupied by VSPE and cannot be used by anything else;

COM2, COM3, COM4 - 3 virtual ports that will be used by other programs to access the fiscal registrar (UT11, AMP1, ARM2).

Click “File” - “Save as...”. Set the file name and save. Let the file name be com8_234.vspe and save it in the root of the C: drive, then create a shortcut with the following line in the “Object” field “C:\Program Files\Eterlogic.com\Virtual Serial Ports Emulator\VSPEmulator.exe” c:\ com8_234.vspe -minimize. We drag the resulting shortcut to “Startup”.

13. Whether the ports have been created (on the workstation) can be checked in the console with the “change port” command.

14. We determine which COM port the UT11 will use to work with the fiscal registrar. Let it be COM3. We connect the FR to the workstation and run the “FR Driver Test 4.10”. In the window that appears, click the “Setting properties” button.

15. Configure driver parameters.

After installation, click the “Set parameters” button, and then “Test connection”. The name and number of the FR should appear in the “Error Code” window.

Let's go to the server.

16. On the server, select “Start” - “Administrative Tools” - “Remote Desktop Services” - “Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration”.

17. On the desired connection (in our case it is RDP-Tcp), right-click and open the connection properties. Go to the “Client Settings” tab and check in the “Redirection” window ABSENCE!!! checkmarks on the “COM ports” label (if you need to redirect other devices, the checkboxes against them should also be REMOVED!!!)

After unchecking the checkboxes, click “OK” and close the console.

We return to the workstation.

18. Launch “Remote Desktop Connection” and connect to the server. In the terminal, enter the command “change port” and see that the ports are not forwarded.

19. The probable reason for this is the configuration of connection parameters to the terminal. We need the “Local Resources” tab, click “more details”.

20. In the window that opens you need INSTALL!!!"ports" checkbox. After which you need to reconnect to the terminal (i.e., quit working on the terminal and log into it again, and not just close it).

21. Let’s check again whether the ports have been forwarded in the terminal; if everything went well, then the picture will be something like this:

22. Install the FR driver on the server.

23. Launch on the UT11 server in “Enterprise” mode and log in as an administrator. On the “Administration” tab, go to the “Connected equipment settings” item and check the “Use connected equipment” checkbox.

23. Open the directory of connected equipment (link “Connected equipment”) and create new equipment.

24. Set the equipment type, driver handler and workplace.

Click “Save and close.”

25. After creation, configure the fiscal registrar driver.

26. Set the port number and its parameters, the same as on the workstation.

27. After recording the parameters, we test the connection with the FR.

If the connection was successful, a message will be displayed with the name and number of the RF. In the event that a message is issued about the impossibility of connecting to the FR, it is necessary to set other speed and timeout parameters.

It should be remembered that the speed and timeout parameters must be set to the SAME both in the FR settings in UT11 on the server, and on the workstation side in the FR driver and the created virtual ports!!!

We create a cash register linked to this FR.

28. Go to the “Regulatory and reference information” tab and use the link “KKM cash registers” to create a new cash register. In the “Equipment” field, select the created DF.

29. Go to the workstation, launch UT11 in the terminal, on the “Sales” tab, select the “KKM Receipts” item. If necessary, select the created cash register in the “KKM Cash Desk” field.

Voila, you can work.

PS. For convenience, you can, for example, assign COM9 to a physical COM port (in the system settings), create a virtual port COM8 from it, and convenient numbers for virtual ports: com 1,2,3.

Sometimes you need to stop and restart the port emulator, this can be done using the toolbar in VSPE.

Sometimes speed settings (different from the settings of the physical COM port) are saved in the fiscal recorder itself; this can be corrected using the Test Driver utility (zebra icon shortcut).

P.P.S. The speed and timeout values ​​​​very much depend on the “thickness” of the channel. For stable operation, you need to “play around” with their values. At one station, the FR worked at a speed of 9600 and a timeout of 10,000, and at another at a speed of 4800 and a timeout of 1000.

A fiscal registrar is a special cash register designed to control cash payments in trade. It operates from a computer on which software is installed to manage the fiscal registrar, which provides accounting of sales transactions.


The operation of the registrar is possible only if you have the 1C accounting program, which is installed on the computer for automatic issuance of settlement receipts.


Connecting a fiscal device is quite difficult, since manufacturers provide drivers that cause difficulties in management, and the instructions are formulated in a completely incomprehensible language, while manufacturers claim that connecting their products is very simple.

To connect the device to a computer, you need to turn it upside down, remove the cover (it is usually screwed on with one small screw), under which there is a panel with 8 switches, after which you need to put one of the switches in the “up” position, but which one them - this is already clearly indicated in the instructions, but often this is the third switch.


We screw the FR cover back as it was, after which the device is ready to connect via a USB cable to a computer.


If you did the previous steps correctly, then after connecting the FR to Windows, it automatically finds the connected device and requests installation of the driver, so we immediately take the media with the driver and run the installation file to install it into the system.


After installing the driver, a problem may appear warning that it was installed incorrectly, but do not worry, because the problem is not with it, but with automatic update drivers using Windows.


So, the driver has successfully started working, and we continue the setup. To do this, we take the following steps:


Typically, DF is used at once to work with several programs that need a separate COM port (we install the COM port emulator Virtual Serial Ports Emulator if you do not have enough of the existing ones)



The next step will be “Creating a new device”, after which the program displays a new window in which you need to select the type of device, click “Splitter” and go “Next”


A window appears with “Device Characteristics”, in which you select the COM port that is responsible for this program; accordingly, further in your work you will access exactly this virtual COM port. That is, the data source is called COM1, and your virtual port will be called... for example, COM8


We proceed to “Settings” and select the speed (Speed ​​- 9600) and delay time (ReadintervalTimeajut - 100). Make sure that the configured parameters strictly correspond to the parameters of the COM port and fiscal registrar used. Click “OK” and “Done”


As a result of all the settings made, we created another virtual port COM8, operating from one data source COM1 (in the new emulator window it is displayed as COM1 => COM8). One moment, it is not possible to create many more ports from COM1, but from COM8 - at least 100 of them! And to do this, “Create a new device” again, select “Splitter” and see how COM1 => COM8 is displayed below COM8 => COM2. In this case, the COM8 port will be used by the program to access the DF. At the end of the installation, do not forget to save the settings
