If you want to disable it before the specified date, you can use the same methods as when connecting:
- A call to the operator's call center.
- Visit to the nearest customer service office.

If the disconnection occurred after a long period of inactivity, then to activate it, you must visit the nearest communication salon with an identity document. If the card has not been sold to another subscriber during this time, then it can be restored.
