It would be a mistake to think that Cortana was released specifically for Windows 10. It appeared much earlier in the mobile operating systems of the Windows 8.1 family, but is not yet available in Russian.

By the end of the summer, the Edge browser began to support Cortana, and after that it is planned to equip the Skype communication program with the tool.
Will Cortana be released in Russian?:
